Tony Bonell and the team at Bateman were brilliant. They helped me to create my perfect car with no stress or problems. They didn't push me to spend more than I wanted and supported and discussed my decisions. They could not have been more helpful.

Unlike previous service visits, there was no courtesy vehicle available this visit, but it wasn't a total disaster as it was my day off work, so I was able to wait an hour or so for the service to be completed
